Right now, the Tracking Pixel is located at the bottom, just before your closing body tag. (Which understandably is the place for analytics-codes, such as Google Analytics, but not for our Tracking Pixel)
The problem with this position is that many older and generally more efficient phones will not get to load ressources such as the Tracking Pixel because it is last on the list of things to load. Before that it will go and fetch all the css, javascript (including GA.js), images etc. Potentially a phone user just aborts loading the page because it takes too long, too.
The solution to maximize the loading (and therefore the tracking) of the Pixel is to put it _as early as possible_ into your HTML, preferrably somewhere _right after the opening body tag_ such as your header div.
Another reason for your issue, besides the integration of the Tracking Pixel, can be that there has not been any mobile phone traffic to your site.
With the suggested change in your HTML the tracking on phones should function as expected.
